A Message from the President

I formed ATS Permits, Inc. nearly two decades ago and come from a slightly different perspective on the permit industry - the customer's. After working two decades in the crane industry with heavy equipment haulers, I noticed a lack of personalized service in the permitting industry. There were unjustified charges, irresponsible permit representatives, issued permits not transmitted to customers on time, time delays when state permit responses were not reported to customers, lost applications and information recorded but never submitted to a state.

The most important factor in obtaining a permit fast is clear communication with the customer. States process all permits in the same fashion, no matter which permit company submits the information. The key to faster turnaround times is a permit service that understands its customers and their specific needs.
