Oversized/Overweight Permits
Oversize/overweight permits are issued by most states up to a stated maximum load limit, and grants permission to haul a load which exceeds standard vehicle dimensions. |

Temporary Registration (Trip) Permits
A trip permit is a temporary trucking permit which grants permission for a truck to travel within a particular state when annual licensing fees have not been pre-paid to that state. |

Fuel Permits
A fuel permit is a temporary permit which grants permission to travel within a particular state where the trucking company does not have an active fuel tax account. |

Specialty Permits
NY State Divisible Load Overweight Permit (DLOP):
A DLOP is a permit that grants permission to operate a vehicle to haul Divisible Loads at weights exceeding the limitations of specific sections of NY State Vehicle and Traffic Law. A ”divisible load” is any cargo being carried which could be separated into units of legal weight with out affecting the physical integrity of the load. Examples include: sand, top soil, gravel, logs, scrap metal, fuel, milk, trash, etc.
